The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment processing time

You will receive your order within 14 days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (according to the Malaysian calendar). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may experience a delay for a few days. If there is to be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or wechat.

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your order has been placed and accepted. Please allow up to 48 hours for your shipment confirmation email as it may take some time for your order to be prepared for shipping. This will provide you with a tracking number(s) for the purpose of clarifying the status of your order. If we anticipate a longer lead time, you will be notified.

In the instance that you do not receive your order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. This is important because if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, it is unlikely that you would receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

Please also allow additional days in transit for delivery as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.

Orders must be placed before 3pm to be considered as placed during that business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

2. Damages

TP Worldwide Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

3. Shipping Charges

No delivery charges will be imposed for shipments to China and Malaysia.

4. Shipping Regions

Shipment of orders is applicable to all parts of China and Malaysia.

5. International Shipping Terms & Conditions

Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (MYR). These include shipping and import duties.

If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally, you will be informed in the checkout process on our site.
